I've cloned my Intel Mac, but it doesn't boot. Does bruCLONE support Intel Mac systems?

Yes, but first they must be reformatted in a new partition format specific to Intel Macs, called GUID Partition Table (GPT). This is an option you can select in the Intel Macs' Disk Utility.

Disks using the Apple Partition Map (APM) partition scheme could be read, but not booted from, on Intel Macs. Similarly, drives reformatted to use GPT won't boot on PPC Macs.

In order to boot from a bruCLONE volume, the cloned volume must be in one of two formats, GPT for Intel systems, and APM for PPC systems.
