I think I found, or have found, a bug. How do I report this?

If you believe that you have found a bug in any of the BRU software applications, we ask that you contact TOLIS Group Engineering immediately with your findings.

We take bugs very seriously and each report is reviewed and tested by our Engineering team.

We don't have a bug report forum or bug tracker.  However, in using the Feedback/Feature Request form, make sure that you select "Bug Report" from the "Suggestion/Feedback Type" pull-down menu.  It will be delivered directly to the TOLIS Group Engineering team and tested.  When we have the results of our tests and  findings you will receive a response back.  Responses are typically processed within 48-hours, but depending on the tests required it may take longer.
