Import BRU Producer's Edition Catalog into Microsoft Excel

To import a BRU Producer's Edition catalog file (BRU-XXXXXXXXXXXX.gz) into Microsoft Excel, follow these steps (OS X version shown, Windows version similar):

Determine the 12 hex digit Archive ID for the catalog in BRU PE
Open the folder containing the archive catalog
/Library/Application Support/BRU PE/Catalogs/XXXXXXXXXXXX/
Double click the BRU-XXXXXXXXXXXX.gz file
This will uncompress the file
Start Excel with a new, blank worksheet
Select "Import" from the "File" menu
Select "CSV File"
Click "Import"
Enable "All Files" on the load dialog
Browse to the catalog folder determine above
Select the uncompressed BRU-XXXXXXXXXXXX file
Click "Get Data"
Using the default values, click "Next"
For the Delimiter, select the Other option and enter a pipe character "|" into the field
Click "Finish"
Accept the "Existing Sheet" option and Click "Continue"

Once loaded, you may delete columns 1 and 2.  You should name columns 3, 4, 5, and 6 as

Vol Filesize Offset Filename
