bruCLONE supports all internal and external drives that are supported by the Mac OS X platform.  At this time, the only drives that are not supported are any drives that have the Prolific chipsets.  These chipsets are not supported on Mac OS X for bootability, however, you may use them to clone your drive but you will not be able to boot from it.
